Since introducing an incentive programme linking bonuses to grades the National Form Four Examination results for Shimbwe Secondary School – equivalent to GCSE’- pupils have been very encouraging. The programme has been running for several years now and has proved a useful extra motivational tool for our hard working teachers.

The furnishing of the dining hall with tables and seats was also completed.
With the completion of the state of the art in-patient, out-patient and maternity services- health centre in Shimbwe expected to provide a service to the Shimbwe Community and beyond, a second 100,000 litres Reservoir was a necessity.
Glad to say construction work has begun, made possible by generous and kind benefactors who visited Shimbwe, Tanzania for the first time. They were very impressed with what has been achieved, and kindly increased their contributions substantially.
